How many of you out there are running Team Foundation Server? If you are, have you done anything to customize work items, policies or processes?

We are running it here at Country Maid. We haven't touched it as far as customization goes... There are only two of us using it (just the "workgroup" version).
Wow, that's a pretty hefty investment for two people doing development! Any particular reason why you're running it?
