				So, here's a little shameless self plug for a book that Bryan Sampica and I are writing...also, I'm using this blog post as a warm up for my writing this evening! 				I haven't done this in a while, so I apologize.  Here's my current reading list for technical/non-technical books:    The Black Swan by Nassim Nicholas Taleb   Thus far is a pretty good book.  When I picked it up, it sounded like a great book since it tries to answer the "how" of the unexpected.  For some reason, I'm always a sucker for these type of books. 				Good To Great - Jim Collins   I've been meaning to read this book for quite sometime now, so why not now? I've had lots of friends tell me that it's good and that I should read it. Any of my three readers out there, what do you think of this book?
